This free initial consultation is an opportunity to explore whether therapt is the right fit for you. During the session, we will discuss your primary concerns, goals, and what you are looking for in a therapist. You will also have the chance to ask any questions about the therapeutic process or our approach. This is not a therapy session but a space to ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Participants come together in a supportive and structured setting to explore clinical challenges share diverse perspectives, and deepen their therapeutic skills. Led by professional supervisor, group supervision allows for collective and focused professional development.
Inner Work Art Therapy Group
Explore emotional healing and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment through the creative process of art-making. This group is designed for individuals seeking to find an outlet to process emotions, reduce stress, and foster self-awareness. Led by a qualified expressive art therapist, sessions will incorporate various therapeutic techniques to explore inner world.
No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to explore! Bring any safe materials you feel comfortable for your personal art expression. Examples include clay, paint, pencil/paper, canvas, sketchbook, crayons, etc.
This group is for teens 13-18 years of age. Minimum of 3 individuals are needed for the group to proceed.
